CIEH level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
£350 including materials and up to 10 certificates 

9.30am-4.30pm a basic course that meets the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health requirements.

(Hours can be arranged to suit company needs)

1-15 students on the course

£15 per student over the prescribed 10 certificates

CIEH level 3 HACCP in Catering
£150 per person including CIEH course book and exam entrance fee 

9.30am-4.30pm or 2 half days if required plus an assignment

Minimum 5 students required to run this course

CIEH level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
£215 per person including CIEH course book and exam entrance fee 

Duration: 3  days

9.30am-4.30pm for 3 days.

Minimum 5 students required to run this course

CIEH level 3 HACCP in Manufacturing
£150 per person including CIEH course book and exam entrance fee 

9.30am-4.30pm for 1 day plus assignment

Minimum 5 students required to run this course

Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) Level 2 Food Safety In Catering
£350 for 10 people including course book and exam entrance fee
